Madhavan B. Nair, a native of Trivandrum, began his career with the Indian Air Force at 19. Throughout his service, he worked in various regions across India, acquiring diverse skills. His unique experiences eventually led him to the United States.

Despite being well-versed in the Indian stock market as a Stock Exchange member and Portfolio Manager, and witnessing both bull and bear markets, the Harshad Mehta scandal prompted Nair to change his career trajectory. This led him to the United States to explore new academic and business opportunities. He joined MetLife as a Financial Professional, where he was invited to help the team expand into the ethnic Asian market. Under his influence, MetLife's business among Asian Indians grew significantly, earning Nair top industry honors as part of the top 1% of performers.

In 2005, he took over an existing Allstate full-service agency, which he successfully ran for 19 years. In 2024, Nair transitioned from the insurance business to start a new chapter as an independent consultant with Kings Protection Group. Alongside this new venture, he is dedicating more time to community service initiatives through his charity organization, the MBN Foundation.
